I have to say, growing older and being back in my hometown there’s some classic as Patisserie Simon that I can’t miss anymore. This little pastry shop was a favorite of my great grand-mother. It’s a found memory I have sharing chocolate with her and all those cakes at families party. umm. I could’nt eat much of it because their «creme au beurre» is way too sweet but few times a year it’s perfect.
